Alexandra Booth

After 24 years of practice, Alexandra brings to North Vancouver and Pettit and Company her considerable knowledge and experience assessing the needs of her clients and developing a successful and cost-effective plan to meet those needs, whether that involves collaborating at mediation, battling it out in the courtroom, or drafting a separation agreement or desk order divorce application.  She prides herself on ensuring that the services she provides her family law clients are  performed at a high standard and in a timely manner.

Alexandra was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.  She and her family moved to Edmonton, Alberta when she was 4 years old, and returned to the “Soo” when she was 13 years old.  After obtaining her bachelor’s degree (Hon.) from the University of Windsor, she moved to Vancouver to attend law school at the University of British Columbia.  She graduated from UBC law in 1997 and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1998.  She has successfully negotiated hundreds of agreements and settlements for her clients and has appeared on their behalf in all levels of Court in British Columbia.  Having fallen in love with the natural splendour of the Lower Mainland during her first year of law school, she remained here following graduation and has been doing battle as a litigator in this community ever since.
